• Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey right to your door.

30-Day No-Fuss Returns

We proudly offer a 30-Day Return Window for a full refund. This window begins on the day your order is delivered.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused , unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Please email our Customer Care team at returns@cozenova.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide Information: Include your Original Order Number and the reason for the return (this helps us improve our products!).

3. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with detailed instructions and the shipping address for our Belgian warehouse.

Shipping the Return

• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs . We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Condition: Items must be returned securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notification confirming the inspection status.

• Full Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 7–10 business days .

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund after the processing period, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us directly.

Exchanges
